These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KSpa Massage & Company, LLC website and the booking, purchase, and receipt of services at any of our locations in Waco, Temple, and Harker Heights, Texas. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
KSpa Massage & Company provides medical massage, therapeutic bodywork, and related wellness services performed by licensed massage therapists. Where noted, we partner with Walker Chiro & Wellness Clinic to provide integrated chiropractic care. Our services are intended to support relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness, and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please inform your practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns prior to your session. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking a session, and let us know so we can tailor your care appropriately.
Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform, by phone, or in person. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session — late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price to respect the next client's appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Membership plans renew automatically on a monthly basis and may be canceled in accordance with the membership terms provided at signup. Prices for services and memberships are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Gift certificates purchased through KSpa Massage & Company are non-refundable and may be subject to expiration or other terms as noted at the time of purchase. Please refer to the terms provided with your gift certificate purchase.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of KSpa Massage & Company, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
KSpa Massage & Company, LLC provides services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
